Start of Week: Light Green
Message: The answers are in your heart. Follow through.
Mid of Week: Light Blue
Message: Expand your way of thinking. Release self limitations. If you've been thinking oh I can't do think, oh I can't have that. Ask yourself, why can't I? Is this really true? Than ask yourself, what can I do?
End of Week: Light Purple
Message: Listen to your feelings. They will guide you on your path. This is talking about 'gut feelings' like I knew I should have grabbed a jacket this morning because it would be cold in the evening. Or I had a feeling that would happen. Or I feel like I should not say that because I might regret it later.
Emotions are different than feelings. Emotions are anger, fear, jealousy, joy, excitement. Emotions always change, and let them be fluid. I also feel guided to write that moving through our emotions is very healthy. If someone said something that made you feel bad or broke your heart, let yourself feel that emotion completely. If you flow through those emotions the first time, they won't hurt you the next time you think about that situation. And you won't have pent up energy like anger in your body.
